3. Reloads and balance limits
Reload methods

Minimum reload
- Minimum reload amount: RM10 per top‑up.
Maximum balances
- PERWIRA Wallet (main e‑wallet): RM25,000 maximum balance at any time.
- PERWIRA Virtual Prepaid Card: RM10,000 maximum balance at any time.
- If the user hits these limits, they must spend or transfer funds before reloading again.
4. Key fees (high‑level)

- Wallet dormant fee after 7 years: RM10.00
For prepaid card:
- Card activation: Free (PERWIRA initiative)
- Card annual fee: RM6.00
- ATM withdrawal (local): RM2.00 per transaction
- ATM withdrawal (overseas): RM10.00 per transaction
- Card replacement: RM10.00
- Overseas FX fee: 1% of transaction (or minimum RM0.50 for small overseas Mastercard transactions in RM or equivalent).
