First login & activation
Existing DeCart / pre-registered users
- User opens PERWIRA Super App.
- User enters their Military ID number as username.
- User enters their MyKad number as temporary password. Do not ask the user to say it aloud.
- User updates password after first login.
- Account is activated once the password update is successful.
New / non-DeCart users
- User opens PERWIRA Super App.
- User selects Register / Sign Up.
- User enters the required details using their applicable Military ID or MyKad ID.
- User creates their own password during registration.
- User completes OTP / verification steps where required.
- Account is activated once registration is successfully completed.
