Login & Activation Instructions
For existing DeCart / pre-registered users
Username: Your Military ID number
Temporary Password: Your MyKad number
Upon first login, you will be prompted to update your password. Your account will be activated once the password is updated.
For new / non-DeCart users
Please select Register / Sign Up in the app. Enter the required details using your applicable Military ID or MyKad ID, create your own password, and complete the verification steps shown in the app.
